  • A stop price is not a guaranteed execution price.
  • Gap, liquidity, borrow, tax, and leverage risks are not fully modeled.
  • The result does not determine whether the trade is suitable.
  • Whole and fractional shares are rounded down to avoid exceeding the risk limit.
