Calculation errors are treated as product defects and corrected with a visible review trail.
Report an issue
Email errors@basispilot.com with the calculator name, inputs, result, expected result, and browser. Do not include brokerage credentials or other sensitive data.
Our process
We reproduce the issue, add or update a fixed test, correct the formula or explanation, and revise the reviewed date when the change is material.
